I am a public insurance adjuster and I make my living as an advocate for the policyholder after a fire, flood or other disasterous event. I believe the author delivers real world situations and very practical information about how to deal with an insurance claim. If you have a property claim, this book will be of great value to you. However, you are still outgunned. You cannot read a book and gain the knowlege and experience that the insurance company aduster has. I still strongly advise you to speak with a licensed public adjuster.
